To support them, EDIS Insights implemented our four-stage methodology. During the Enlighten phase we built a detailed understanding of the current state through technical analysis and deep engagement with key stakeholders. We moved to Design, building out a blueprint for the future with a clear strategy and practical projects that formed the foundation of the future technology-enabled business. As part of Design, we delivered a comprehensive business case with costed projects and high-level timelines. The business case was ratified by the global Board for implementation. EDIS Insights has now been retained to lead the Implement phase of the plan.
