Kate supports clients in the people processes of change and transformation, providing research insights and building capability.

A skilled facilitator and researcher, Kate has worked in senior leadership roles across technology, professional services and government, where skills in managing change, stakeholder engagement and customer-centricity have been key.
​
Most recently Kate spent three years supporting, advising and researching in a technology company as it managed rapid growth, amidst acute market uncertainty. At Telstra, Kate drew on her background as a lawyer to help the Legal & Regulatory division optimise its practice management through technology, applying skills in business analysis, change management and building staff capability.

A qualified program manager, Kate holds a PhD in management from Macquarie Business School and has taught change, culture, and organisational development topics to managers in the MBA program.
