Kirsty works with clients to achieve performance transformations, with a focus on organisation and system design, culture, and performance management, building capability and coaching.
To support transformation, Kirsty also has experience in taking on interim executive roles. By leading organisations through end-to-end realignment programs, she helps improve performance and unlock potential for growth.
Before joining EDIS, Kirsty gained 20+ years of hands-on experience in professional services, technology and customer service sectors, BPO and CX. She has held top executive and executive director roles in the Asia Pacific region.
Examples of her recent client work include:
Helping a commercial design house and retail store reorient its IT strategy and sourcing model to streamline and modernise activities, providing greater transparency and increased cost control
Leading establishment of a crisis contact centre within 14 days, supporting service delivery by a remote workforce of 1,400 people and meeting exacting security requirements
Design and consolidation of a Global Customer Service Contact Centre
Providing leadership and hands-on operational management as Interim COO, revamping strategy and people management processes to prepare for 100% growth.
